Appointments

We operate strictly on an appointment-only basis to provide personalized attention to each client.

Due to limited space, we regret that we cannot accommodate extra guests or children during your appointment.

Product Orders

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive product orders. This timeframe ensures we can maintain the quality and accuracy of your orders.

Payments

Full prepayment or a 50% deposit is required to schedule any appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule and resources effectively.

Payments are accepted via credit or debit card, invoice, Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Please note, payments made through Cash App will incur an additional $5 fee.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require a 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid penalties.

Cancellations within the policy timeframe will result in a partial refund, deducting a 50% non-refundable deposit from your original payment.

You are permitted to reschedule your appointment once without incurring additional charges, provided that a 24-hour notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling will require a new 50% deposit.

Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or failing to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% forfeiture of your payment and/or deposit. A new payment or deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can occur. To accommodate minor delays, we offer a 10-minute grace period. Please notify us if you expect to be late.

Arrivals after the grace period will result in the cancellation of your appointment without a refund. You are welcome to book a new appointment for a later date or time, subject to our standard booking procedures.

General Terms

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly fails to comply with our policies.

Our policies are subject to change without notice, but we will endeavor to inform our clients of any significant changes in a timely manner.
